Lyndene Bed and Breakfast – Booking Terms and Conditions
When making a reservation with Lyndene Bed and Breakfast, you are agreeing to their Terms and Conditions.
If you have booked directly with Lyndene Bed and Breakfast, you can cancel, amend or reschedule your reservation by contacting Lyndene Bed and Breakfast, by telephone or email.
If booked through an oline travel agent (such as Booking.com or Expedia.com), you can cancel, amend or reschedule your reservation via their website, or by calling their customer services.
You can cancel or modify your booking at Lyndene Bed and Breakfast, free of any charges if Lyndene Bed and Breakfast are informed 2 days (48 hours) before your check-in date.

If Lyndene Bed and Breakfast are informed that you wish to cancel or modify a booking within the 2 days (48 hours) before your check-in date, no refunds will be given.
We recommend you have adequate travel insurance in the event that you have to cancel your booking within the non refundable cancellation period.
We are a small family business and cannot provide refunds or reschedule bookings because of your personal circumstances or adverse weather conditions.
Check-in / Check-out Times
Check-in time is from 4pm – 9pm A later check-in can be arranged. Please contact us a day or two before you arrive, so that we can arrange this for you.
Check-out time is anytime before 10am.
Early Key Pick-up / Bag Drop
An early key pick-up/bag drop off can be arranged. To arrange an early key pick-up/bag drop off, guests must contact our Bed and Breakfast at least 2 days prior to arrival to arrange a key pick-up/bag drop.
If picking up a key or dropping of bags, please note that the use of all rooms and facilities will not be possible until 4pm.
There is no charge for an early key pick-up/bag drop off.
Parking
Parking is on street outside Lyndene Bed and Breakfast, or we can arrange off street parking for you, when you arrive. Parking at Lyndene is free of charge.
Minimum Booking Age
Lyndene is an Adult Only Bed and Breakfast.
Guests who are 18 years of age or older are only allowed to book and stay in our accommodation.
Pets
Sorry we are unable to accomodate pets.
